Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the FloWorks Plugins website, software, products, services, integrations, and related features made available by FloWorks Plugins.

By accessing or using a FloWorks service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the applicable service.

2. FloWorks Services

FloWorks Plugins develops software and workflow tools for creative-production businesses.

Some products or features displayed on the website may be identified as Coming Soon, beta, experimental, under development, or otherwise not yet generally available.

Descriptions of unreleased products are informational and do not guarantee a specific release date, feature set, price, or availability.

3. Accounts and Connected Services

Certain current or future FloWorks features may allow users to connect accounts or services provided by third parties.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize FloWorks to interact with that service only to the extent required to provide the functionality you request and subject to the permissions you approve.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your accounts and for reviewing the permissions you grant.

You may revoke third-party permissions through the applicable third-party service where supported.

4. Content and Publishing Authorization

Certain current or future FloWorks tools may assist users with creating, processing, scheduling, transferring, or publishing content.

You retain responsibility for content you provide, create, approve, submit, schedule, or authorize for publication.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish the content you submit through FloWorks services.

FloWorks does not obtain ownership of your original content merely because it is processed through a FloWorks service.

5. Third-Party Platforms

FloWorks may interact with third-party software, websites, platforms, APIs, or services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, permissions, and technical requirements.

FloWorks does not control and is not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages, suspensions, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

Use of a third-party integration does not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation between FloWorks and that provider unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FloWorks services to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • distribute malicious software;
  • gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • transmit fraudulent or deceptive content;
  • abuse, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security controls;
  • use connected services in violation of the applicable third party’s rules.

FloWorks may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

FloWorks software, website content, branding, interfaces, code, product names, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant users ownership of FloWorks intellectual property.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Unreleased and Experimental Features

Products and features marked Coming Soon, preview, beta, test, experimental, or under development may change or be discontinued before public release.

FloWorks does not guarantee that an unreleased feature will become generally available.

9. Availability

FloWorks aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, infrastructure failures, API changes, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination and Suspension

Users may stop using FloWorks services at any time.

FloWorks may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of a service.

Where practical, users may be given notice before material account restrictions.

11. Disclaimer

FloWorks services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

FloWorks does not guarantee that every feature will meet every user’s requirements or remain compatible with every third-party platform, operating system, software version, or workflow.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FloWorks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

FloWorks may update these Terms as products, services, laws, or operational requirements change.

The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

14. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms may be submitted through the FloWorks contact page.
